Food Science and Engineering Major

This major is focusing on training talented students which have good development in morality, intelligence and sports, and be adaptable to China's industrialization, urbanization and national economic development needs. What鈥檚 more, students of this major will have good control of the basic theory and skills of food science, food processing, preservation and storage, and will grasp theories and technologies of food engineering, food packaging, food analysis, sanitation inspection and food business management. And in the future, graduating students will become advanced composite talents in fruits and vegetables processing, grain and oil processing, livestock products processing, frozen vegetables and fruits, food analysis and testing and food business management.
