个人简介:

刘晓臣,博士,副教授,现从事蛋白质化学、矿物质营养研究,以及相关低值源食品基料开发。在该领域,以第一作者/通讯发表十余篇学术论文/Chapter;获得国家自然科学基金青年项目、广东省海外博士后人才支持项目、广东省粤穗联合基金青年基金项目和中国博士后科学基金面上项目等资助;参与获得2024年广东省科技成果推广奖。担任Journal of Future FoodES Food & Agroforestry期刊青年编委。担任Food Research InternationalFood BioscienceLWT等知名期刊审稿人。
