个人简介：

李冠楠，讲师，毕业于吉林大学化学学院，理学博士。2020年就职于山东农业大学食品科学与工程专业，食品科学系，从事天然高分子材料基膜、凝胶等材料的开发与利用的研究工作。

主要研究方向：

1. 农作副产物的高值化利用

2. 食品包装膜的开发与利用

3. 仿生与智能响应功能材料构建
