院长 教授


个人简介:

美国罗格斯大学访问学者,兼任国际食物营养与安全协会理事,山东省食品科学技术学会副理事长等多项职务。担任Food Frontiers等杂志副主编及食品科学等多本杂志编委。主持和参与国家自然科学基金等省级以上课题20余项。以通讯作者在Journal of Advanced ResearchFood Hydrocolloid,等杂志发表论文170余篇,H指数43。获中国商业联合会科学技术特等奖、山东省优秀博士论文奖等多项奖励,主编或参编教材6部,获得发明专利9项。
