杨靖 副教授 个人简介: 杨靖,女,中共党员,工学博士,副教授,2024年博士毕业于江苏大学与中国农科院油料作物研究所联合培养,博士期间申请国家留学基金委访学项目前往墨尔本大学进行联合培养,师从Muthupandian Ashokkumar教授。目前担任《Oil Crop Science》青年编委,主讲课程为《食品营养与安全学》。
主要研究方向: 植物蛋白绿色高效制取 物化特性重构 胶体界面技术 蛋白产品深加工与功能食品研发
