个人简介:
王汐沫,质量与安全控制课题组教师,从事食品中功能性成分监测及危害物安全性与作用机理相关研究,致力于高性能表面增强拉曼散射基底的创新设计,积累了丰富的理论知识和实践技能。目前,主持和参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、山东省青年人才托举计划、济宁市重点研发项目和多个企业的横向课题,部分课题已成功实现产业化应用,相关技术研究成果为企业新增效益5000余万元。研究工作在产业界产生了实际影响,推动了SERS技术的广泛应用。
