个人简介:

李文慧,1990年生,副教授,农学博士,工学博士后,食品科学与工程学院食品营养与健康团队成员。主持山东省自然科学基金青年项目1项;参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,山东省自然科学基金面上项目1项。在Food Science and Human WellnessVirulenceFrontiers in MicrobiologyeFoodPostharvest Biology and TechnologyNew Phytologist等国际期刊发表SCI论文12篇,中文核心论文1篇。


主要研究方向:

  1. 食品营养与人类健康

  2. 肠道微生物与健康

  3. 食品功能成分调节肠道微生态、干预代谢性疾病等机制研究。
