李文慧

副教授

个人简介：

李文慧，1990年生，副教授，农学博士，工学博士后，食品科学与工程学院食品营养与健康团队成员。主持山东省自然科学基金青年项目1项；参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，山东省自然科学基金面上项目1项。在Food Science and Human Wellness、Virulence、Frontiers in Microbiology、eFood、Postharvest Biology and Technology、New Phytologist等国际期刊发表SCI论文12篇，中文核心论文1篇。

主要研究方向：

1. 食品营养与人类健康

2. 肠道微生物与健康

3. 食品功能成分调节肠道微生态、干预代谢性疾病等机制研究。
