个人简介:
关惠,女,工学博士,园艺学博士后,讲师,硕士生导师。担任《Food & Medicine Homology》国际期刊青年编委。目前主要从事食品营养健康领域的教学与科研工作,主讲食品营养与安全学课程。主持山东省自然科学基金青年项目1项,参与国家及山东省自然科学基金等科研项目2项。在Journal of Advanced Research、Trends in Food Science and Technology等学术期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。
主要研究方向:
1.食品营养与人类健康;
2.天然活性成分的交互作用及健康调控机制;
3.小分子化合物与蛋白质交互作用与疾病预防。
