个人简介:
张耸,理学博士,讲师,专业硕士导师,泰安市高层次人才。 2017年博士毕业于山东农业大学生命科学学院,2017-20 19 年在中国科学院上海生命科学研究院从事博士后研究。2020 年至今,就职于山东农业大学食品科学与工程学院,主要从事果蔬采后贮藏保鲜研究。研究成果以第一作者或通讯作者发表于FC、PBT等期刊,授权国家专利两项。 主讲《食品工艺学1》、《食品物流技术》等课程,获得食科学院青年教师讲课比赛一等奖:指导本科生获得第15届山东省大学生科技节一等奖等多项竞赛奖励。
主要研究方向:
天然、安全、高效保鲜剂原药的筛选
调节果蔬采后衰老的机制研究。
