副教授


个人简介:

博士,副教授,硕士生导师。德州市科技副总、德州市省级领军人才、泰安市高层次人次。博士毕业于中国农业大学,博士后在中国农业大学与康奈尔大学开展研究工作,在食品功能成分的物质鉴定、结构表征及相互作用方面开展了系统研究。主持和参与了国家级人才项目-“博士后国际交流计划”项目,国家重点研发计划、山东省重点研发项目、国家自然基金、企业横向课题等项目。在Green Chemistry等国际期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,授权10余项国际/国内专利。

3.食品胶体和乳液体系构建
