孙圣麟 副教授
个人简介: 孙圣麟,中共党员,工学博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,博士毕业于江南大学食品学院,曾在江南大学轻工技术与工程博士后流动站从事科研工作。主持参与“十四五”国家重点研发计划、国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、山东省重点研发计划等项目10余项。以第一或通讯作者在国际重要学术刊物上发表SCI论文10余篇,以主要发明人申请国家发明专利10余项,参与制修订国家标准2项,参编教材1部。
主要研究方向: 淀粉质资源开发与利用 功能性谷物食品开发与品质改良 粮油作物精深加工 淀粉基功能性食品包装材料开发与应用
