个人简介:
卢晓明,工学博士,副教授,博士生导师,美国马萨诸塞大学阿默斯特分校访问学者,山东省科技特派员,兼任山东省食品科学技术学会监事。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、山东省重点研发计划(重大科技创新工程)项目课题、企业横向课题等项目14项;以通讯作者、第一作者或共同作者发表论文30余篇,其中SCI收录16篇;授权专利10余项,获2018年度中国商业联合会科学技术奖二等奖1项,参与制定国家标准《黑蒜质量通则》1项。
主要研究方向:
果蔬精深加工及副产物综合利用
