个人简介:
刘腾飞,博士,山东农业大学食品科学与工程学院副教授。2019年12月获华中农业大学蔬菜学博士学位,2020年4月至2022年10月在华中农业大学从事博士后研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、山东省博士后创新项目等6项课题,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。以第一作者或通讯作者在国际知名期刊发表论文10余篇,现担任国家自然科学基金项目通讯评审专家及多个国际期刊审稿人。

1.果蔬采后生理与分子机制研究
2.基于生成式人工智能的果蔬保鲜技术创新

1.主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项(32101781,'液泡膜糖转运蛋白StTST1参与调控马铃薯低温糖化的功能研究和机制解析',2022-2024年,30万元,已结题)。
2.主持山东省博士后创新项目1项(SDCX-ZG-202400112,'马铃薯低温糖化的转录调控机制及其低温信号转导的分子解析',3万元,在研)。
