个人简介:
李诚,中共党员,工学博士,硕士生导师,毕业于江南大学食品科学与工程专业。近年来主要从事粮油食品加工与资源综合利用领域的科研教学工作。承担《食品质量管理学》、《食品工艺学》、《食品营销学》等课程教学工作。
主要研究方向:
1. 粮油食品加工技术;
2. 谷物多糖结构与功能研究;
3. 粮食副产物综合利用。
