侯汉学 教授
个人简介: 侯汉学,男,博士,教授,博士生导师,泰山产业领军人才,山东省粮食加工技术工程中心主任。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划课题、山东省重大科技创新工程等国家和省部级项目15项。在Food Chemistry、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Packaging and Shelf Life等期刊发表学术论文100余篇;副主编/参编国家级教材3部,授权国家发明专利10项;获山东省科技进步二等奖2项,山东省技术发明二等奖1项,山东省科技进步三等奖3项。 主要研究方向: (1)粮油功能性食品开发;(2)淀粉基全降解食品包装材料的制备与应用;(3)淀粉改性及应用;(4)粮油食品安全控制。 代表性科研项目: 玉米油产业高质量融合发展关键技术创新与示范,山东省重点研发计划,2024.11-2027.10,主持 小麦天然营养素开发,山东省重大科技创新工程项目,2023.7-2026.6,主持 高性能淀粉基全降解包装膜的研制与应用,山东省泰山产业领军人才项目,2022.7-2025.6,主持 盐碱湿地生态共生模式创新和增效技术集成示范,山东省“渤海粮仓”科技示范工程项目,2019.8-2022.8,主持 全降解抗菌食品包装材料的制备与应用,山东省农业重大应用技术创新项目,2018.7-2021.6 小麦面粉加工中DON毒素脱皮消减技术及装备开发,国家重点研发计划课题,2018.1-2021.12,主持 淀粉基高阻隔食品包装膜的制备及应用研究,山东省重点研发计划,2018.1-2019.12,主持 淀粉基全降解纳米复合膜的制备及应用示范,山东省农业重大应用技术创新项目,2015.7-2017.7,主持 蒙脱土增强的复合塑化体系中高直链玉米淀粉结构演变规律与分子模拟,国家自然科学基金面上项目,2014.1-2017.12,主持 彩糯小麦的营养和加工品质综合评价与产业化开发,山东省重点研发计划,2011.1-2012.12,主持
