副院长、教授


个人简介:

教授,博士生导师,副院长,泰安市专业技术拔尖人才。兼任山东省食品学会食品质量与安全工作委员会副主任、《Journal of Future Foods》副主编等。近年来承担完成国家农业科技成果转化项目、国家自然基金等国家及省部级项目30多项。先后以第一或通讯作者发表SCI收录论文101篇,授权发明专利24件,主编、副主编规划教材4部。首位获得山东省科技进步二等奖2项,中国商业联合会科技奖二等奖、淮海科学技术奖一等奖等其他科技奖励11项。

1.食品中有害物新型样品前处理及高灵敏快速检测技术研究

2.食品加工过程中有害物产生机制及调控技术研究

3.食品包装材料中有害物迁移规律与控制技术研究
