个人简介:

刘慧,工学博士,园艺学博士后,讲师,硕士生导师。担任《Food Safety and Health》国际期刊编委,《eFood》国际期刊青年编委。目前主要从事食品营养健康领域的教学与科研工作,主讲食品营养与安全学、食品质量与安全综合实验两门课程。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、山东省自然科学基金青年项目等科研项目3项。Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、、Free Radical Biology and Medicine等学术期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,授权发明专利2项。

主要研究方向:

  1. 食品营养与功能成分调控机体代谢、调节肠道菌群、干预代谢性疾病等机制研究。

  2. 天然活性成分的交互作用及健康调控机制。
