个人简介：

工学博士，硕士生导师，国家二级公共营养师，食品营养与健康专业主任，国家公派英国东英吉利亚大学（University of East Anglia）、英国切斯特大学（University of Chester）访问学者，食品科学与工程学院食品营养与人类健康团队成员，山东省科技特派员，担任Food & Medicine Homology、Food Science of Animal Products等杂志青年编委。

主讲课程：

《食品营养与安全学》、《食品营养与安全学实验》、《营养生物化学与分子生物学》、《食品营养与健康》

主要研究方向：

1. 食品与人类健康（包括食品功能因子与功能食品）；

2. 益生菌的基因工程及合成生物学；

3. 生物发酵转化体系中（农副产品如小麦秸秆、麸皮等）微生物的定向调控；

4. 农产品及环境中农药残留生物降解的机理及精准调控。
