王斌,199312月出生,山东潍坊人,工学博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,校企合作博士后。主持山东省自然科学基金青年项目1项,其他省部级课题4项,参与完成国家重点研究发展计划、国家自然科学基金、山东省重点研究发展计划、山东省自然科学基金等项目。目前,以第一作者或通讯作者在Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition》、《Food Hydrocolloids》、《Carbohydrate Polymers》、《Food Chemistry》和《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等国际知名期刊发表 SCI Ⅰ区论文12篇,其中一区Top10篇。以共同作者身份发表SCI论文7篇,中文核心期刊1篇。担任Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition》、《Food Hydrocolloids》、《Carbohydrate Polymers》、《Food Chemistry等期刊审稿人。

主要从事研究领域:

1. 变性淀粉的开发与应用;2. 粮油深加工及副产物的开发;3. 淀粉基材料的开发与应用。
